AI automation for business
Practical AI tools for knowledge search, request processing and document drafts. Start with a focused pilot and evaluate quality on examples from your workflow.
01 / When this is a good fit
Does this sound
like your task?
- Your team repeatedly searches documents for the same answers.
- Staff manually copy information from emails and requests.
- You want evidence from one focused use case before investing in a wider rollout.
02 / FROM TASK TO RESULT
How the work happens
- 01
Choose a task
Compare AI with rule-based automation and identify where it could add value.
- 02
Prepare an evaluation
Collect permitted examples, expected results and cases that need a person.
- 03
Build a pilot
Connect the model, sources and interface with limited permissions.
- 04
Evaluate
Check quality, cost and latency. Decide what needs improvement before production use.
03 / ESTIMATE & SCOPE
What shapes
the scope.
- The quality, format and volume of source material.
- Required integrations and data access rules.
- Quality targets, latency, model choice and human review.
Models can make mistakes. Important decisions, outgoing messages and data changes need explicit controls and human review. We agree on the provider, data handling, service availability and ongoing costs before launch.
What to share for the first conversation
Describe a repetitive task, its current volume and the result you need. An anonymised example is enough for the first conversation; please do not send confidential documents yet.
Q / A
Working
together.
How do we know whether AI is needed?
If reliable rules can describe a process, a conventional integration may be simpler. AI is worth testing for language tasks, document search and less structured requests.
Can an assistant use our own documents?
Yes, provided you have permission to use them. We agree on sources, access boundaries, updates and how answers will cite supporting documents.
Will the answers always be correct?
No. We test typical and difficult cases, define what happens when information is missing and provide a route to a human.
What will it cost to run?
Ongoing costs depend on the model, request volume, context size and infrastructure. The pilot uses a spending limit and measures costs on representative examples.
