05 / MVP / WEB APPLICATIONS
MVP and custom web app development
You have a product idea or a business process that needs its own tool. We start with who will use the application and what a useful outcome looks like.
01 / When this is a good fit
Does this sound
like your task?
- You need a first version of a web product to test with users.
- A workflow lives in spreadsheets and messages and needs an interface.
- You need a customer portal, user roles or an administration interface.
02 / FROM TASK TO RESULT
How the work happens
- 01
Understand the problem
Define the user, the current alternative and the success criteria. Make time, data and budget constraints explicit.
- 02
Scope the first version
Map the essential user journey. Separate the features it needs from ideas that can be tested later.
- 03
Build and demonstrate
Implement the agreed stages and show working increments so assumptions can be checked before the entire product is finished.
- 04
Verify and release
Check essential actions, failures, access and mobile layouts. Agree on hosting and handover.
03 / ESTIMATE & SCOPE
What shapes
the scope.
- The number of roles and user workflows.
- Integrations, data imports and access rules.
- The readiness of designs, requirements and hosting.
The estimate depends on workflows, integrations and data requirements. A meaningful price and timeline require an agreed scope. Hosting, paid APIs and ongoing support are discussed separately.
What to share for the first conversation
Who will use the product? What should they complete from start to finish? Which materials and constraints do you already have?
Q / A
Working
together.
Can I start with just an idea?
Yes. Describe your user, how they solve the problem today and what should change. You do not need a complete technical specification for the first conversation.
Will it work on mobile?
A web product includes responsive layouts and checks at mobile screen sizes. A native mobile application is a separate scope.
How is pricing determined?
We can estimate a first stage after discussing workflows and constraints. When there are many unknowns, a bounded discovery stage or prototype can be a useful starting point.
What happens to the source code?
We agree on source code, access, documentation and usage rights before development begins.

A Telegram Mini App for meal orders
Customers build a meal plan. The kitchen receives portions and notes, and order statuses return to the app.
